FNS Notary Services fees are affordable and our standard quote includes up to 1 notarized signature. Quotes will always be provided up-front based on the information you provide.  All fees are subject to change if additional signatures are required that weren’t discussed during the initial consultation.

Please note: Fees included travel charge, Administration Charge, 2 documents (acknowledgments, jurats, etc.), 1 Signature and notary stamp.

Additional Charges

Printing documents fee is $3 per page

Additional signatures fee $6 each.

Witness Coordination fee $25 each.

Travel Charges 

Travel charges are not statutory fees and are listed separately from Texas Notary Fees.

Mileage Surcharge (10 miles) per mile $3.00

A mileage surcharge flat rate is applied when a customer's location for services is within 0 -10 miles of 75150. This charge is separate from Texas Notary Fees.   

0 to 10 miles radius is a flat milage fee of $35

11 to 21 miles radius is a flat milage fee of $75

+ 22 miles and over $3.00 per mile

Standard Mobile Services (M - F 7:00 am - 4:30 pm)

$55.00 plus $10.00 per notarization

Standard Mobile Services (M- F 4:31pm - 8:00 pm)

$50.00 plus $10.00 per notarization

Weekends & Holidays

7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. = $85.00 plus $10.00 per notarization

Please note:

Sunday's will incur an extra $25 fee

Holiday’s will incur an extra $125 fee

Emergency Services will incur an extra $125
